Spinal stenosis is getting a lot of press lately, but did you know the symptoms of poor blood supply to the legs and symptoms from spinal stenosis overlap considerably.
You may have spinal stenosis if you have any of the following:
- Walking or leaning forward at the waist helps relieve pain.
- Pain starts in the back or buttocks and radiates down the legs.
- Sleeping on your back, standing still or walking slowly can cause the pain.
- You can ride a bike without pain.
Patients with spinal stenosis generally report one or more of the above factors in their history.
